"2006 Bodybuilding Competitions"

After many years off I decided that I would give bodybuidling another shot. After coming back from Moab in April 2006 I started training to compete in the Southern Alberta Bodybuilding championships on June 17/06..... I really trained and dieted hard. I placed First In Women;s Lightweight, Second in Master and got a trophy for Best poser.... I don't have many pics yet....Those will be coming from the photographer sin the next few weeks... I now qualified for the Alberta Provincial Bodybuilding Championships a week later, June 24,2006.. I decided to compete. I came in second in Women's Lightweight which now qualified me for the Canadian National Bodybuilding Championships. I decided that I will train for one year and compete in August 2007... ( will take the summer to film and compete with the Knight :) )
