"Sled Pull '04"

A sunny Saturday afternoon; wasn't able to go wheeling for the weekend and heard about a truck-tor sled pull at Rocky Mountain Raceway from some friends so as a spur of the moment thing, we decided to go and give it a shot. Always up for trying different things. A a fun afternoon. We both tried several pulls. The truck  kept digging into the ground. We just kept pushing more dirt in front of the sled , making it a harder pull. After the first pull, tried easing into before we hammered the truck to see if we could get farther. This time around I beat Robin ( Ha ha). I pulled about 30 feet more than he did. A suggestion for next time, maybe adjust the sled for different weight classes. The sled used was supplied by PAUL'S SLED. Below are a couple of pics.
