"May Long '01"

Well, we knew we were not 100% ready but decided to go out to Waiparous for May long and test her out.

Did Meadow Creek Trail. She didn't get very dirty this time around. Rob drove . Had to get use to her as there were many new
sounds. The truck is BIG!!. Those tree branches were more noticeable now. Yikes!. Got to Johnston's mud pit and we were both really anxious to hit the
throttle at the bog. Got some good cheering from the crowd as we entered. Rob took a shot at it first. He was getting ready to hammer it when the
center shaft twisted-blew the yolk and u-joint. What a drag. The truck went well overall. A couple of changes and we're both
planning to race her at the Three Hills Mud Bog coming up on June 2
. Should have some good mud flinging pics by then.

Camping on May long there was Tim with Wolf 359 ( great suspension mods on the wolf this year),W Dave 40(red Toyota pick up), Shane with his Bronco, Marc with his Samurai. We were camped right beside
Mike ( Deejay of Bogginfreaks). He didn't have his truck this time round but is also planning to going to Three Hills.
It was a short one for us but still had a great time.
